Location: the hotel was next to the Angkor temples, as well as the Angkor National Museum and the floating village, pub street/old market and the bus station. The place had a family atmosphere. Our room was neat and air-conditioned with at least a safe.

The location is perfect, being next door to Banteay Srey temples, the Angkor National Museum, and the floating village and Old Market. Comfortable bed and a tastefully decorated room of a nice size.

Room comfort and staff are quite good. Tuk Tuk service and services my manage "Ms Mom" are excellent. Hotel is a 5 story building with extensive wooden are work on walls depicting Hindu mythology images. It is located in a small by lane, off the main road, however the Tuk TUk facility makes up for the same.
1. Breakfast is huge disappointment -appears to be an universal issue in most of the hotels in Seam Reap. 2. Occasional mosquito in room. 3.Manager arranged for tour guide who was quite good. We hired Tuk Tuk owned by hotel. But the total cost for both was 20% higher than the market rate which was quite avoidable.

The air-conditioned room was spacious. Good location in a beautiful area close to the Angkor temples. - Conveniently located near the Angkor National Museum, floating village, local restaurants, shops, night markets, and bar street. - Just a 5-minute walk from Wat Kesararam.

The hotel was agood locatio, not in the centre, but far enough to walk into the centre. Facilities were good and the staff were helpful and very friendly. Good value for money. Would certainly consider staying there again if I was going on my own. Hotel meal was also good value. Well serviced by the Tuk - tuck drivers!
The only problem that was encountered was that their visa machine wasn't working and had to source extra cash, but the better cash exchange office is only 10 minutes away.

+tea coffee set in the room +helpful staff. -+breakfast /were good but poor as variation. es sandwich with fried egg, sandwich with omelets, sandwich with scrambled egg... and so on... these variation no sense. / -+mystery for rental bike. In the description in Booked.net was ...rental bike..... (free bike) but at the beginning they said me rental bike is not free. we had discuss because I think it is not correct then gave me it free.
-credit card not accepted (in Booked.net description ":accept visa and mastercard") - Wifi was slow or often dose not work in the peak hours. -no safety box {in Booked.net description "lap top size safety box" also confirmed by mail but there isn't.}

Nice family run hotel, building looks amazing, great pool on roof with a bar and food available, excellent to relax after visiting the temples. Hotel has bikes, is only a 7 km bike ride to Angkor Wat. Would suggest to hire a tuktuk for a day and go all around Ankor, is 34 km from one side to another. Then save Angkor Wat for a different day. Hotel is close to the Lucky mall, 700 meter only, where you find lots of ATM's and a large supermarket. If you continue from Siem Reap to Thailand, either Bangkok or Koh Chang, the mini bus is fine. It is not a scam, it just takes long, approx 2 hrs at the border and in total 13 hrs for me to get to Koh Chang, but it was only 14USD. I would choose this hotel again for sure!
I specifically asked and booked a room with a balcony, but they did not have one anymore.
